Update on Kevin O'Connor Trial

The trial of Kevin O’Conner (for six counts of child abuse and molestation) previously scheduled for January 6, 2020, has been once again postponed. The current reason given involves a "conflict of interest" within the Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. According to the docket, the new trial date should be set on 1/14/20.
